Using GTMBunny

These terms describe use of GTMBunny’s company research and campaign tools. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to contact@gtmbunny.com. Use the service only if you are authorized to act for the account or business you represent.

Accounts and inbox authority

Protect your sign-in and connect only inboxes you own or are authorized to use. Google sign-in identifies your GTMBunny account; mailbox connection separately authorizes the sending and reply features. You can disconnect a mailbox and revoke access through its provider.

Campaign review and responsibility

Research and AI-generated drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review identities, contact details, sources, message content, timing, recipients, and mailbox settings before launching a campaign. Creating a draft or connecting an inbox does not send messages. Once you approve and launch a campaign, scheduled email steps can run automatically within its settings. A pause cannot recall messages already submitted to the email provider.

Responsible outreach

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process prospect information and send outreach, following applicable email, privacy, and platform rules, and honoring objections and opt-outs. Do not use the service for deceptive messages, impersonation, credential theft, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or attempts to evade provider safeguards. LinkedIn steps are assisted tasks for you to complete; the service does not grant permission to bypass LinkedIn’s restrictions.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the business information and message content you provide. GTMBunny processes that information to deliver the requested features as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use or disclose. For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, contact contact@gtmbunny.com.

Third-party services and availability

Authentication, AI research, contact enrichment, hosting, and mailbox delivery depend on external services. Their availability, permissions, limits, and account requirements can affect features. GTMBunny does not guarantee the accuracy of research, delivery of every message, replies, or a particular campaign outcome. Provider failures and restrictions may require you to reconnect an inbox or review a campaign.

Changes and support

Features may change as the service develops. Access may be restricted when needed to address misuse, security incidents, or provider requirements. The current terms and revision date are available on this page. Contact contact@gtmbunny.com for service questions or to request account closure.
